First thing upon waking:

  • Workout (Hard or Soft)
  • Mind and Spiritual training
  • Skill Work

Travel Time:

  • Readings (use Audible and Kindle – keep notes0

Afternoon:

  • 1 Hour per Day

Evening Review:

  • Notes review using “Notecard System” so that all you are learning moves into log term memory

 

HINTS: Join a group, have a friend do it with you

HINTS: Pay for a course, it’ll make you more likely to show up (Go to school for some classes so you have assignments)
